Project Overview
DEL Commercial Joinery was engaged to design, manufacture, and install a comprehensive joinery package for the Catalina Community Centre redevelopment.
The scope included a new Craft Room kitchen and bench, gymnasium and poolside pigeonhole storage, and custom benches and lockers throughout shared spaces.
Each element was carefully constructed to balance durability, functionality, and aesthetic cohesion within the multipurpose community environment.

The completed joinery works achieved a functional, robust, and visually consistent result across all spaces.
The Craft Room offers practical work surfaces with integrated storage and recessed grip profiles for safety and ease of use.
The Gymnasium and Poolside pigeonholes provide ample open storage in compact laminate for water resistance and longevity, while bench seating and lockers enhance usability for community visitors.
