Project Overview
DEL Commercial Joinery was engaged to deliver a full joinery, wall panelling, and amenity upgrade throughout Keyton Henry Kendall Gardens.
Works included custom joinery to the lounge areas, commercial kitchen, Bowls storage, and multiple amenity spaces across L00 and L01.
The project incorporated detailed EasyVJ wall panelling with dado rails, feature lighting integration, and new functional joinery elements designed to enhance durability, accessibility, and long-term operational use.
Amenities received fully upgraded vanities, toilet partitions, and coordinated fixtures to improve both aesthetics and practicality for residents and staff.
