This custom residential joinery project in Northbridge was delivered for Asset Projects, with a focus on clean lines, functionality, and a timeless aesthetic. The brief centred on creating practical, well-organised spaces that integrate seamlessly with the home’s architecture while maintaining a refined, minimalist appearance.
The scope included bespoke joinery to the laundry, mudroom, and full-height storage areas. Each zone was carefully designed to maximise storage capacity and usability, incorporating concealed cabinetry, adjustable internal shelving, integrated hanging rails, and purpose-built bench seating. Attention to proportion, alignment, and detailing was critical to achieving a cohesive result across all areas.
The finished joinery provides a balance of durability and elegance, delivering highly functional spaces that will perform long-term while enhancing the overall interior.
