Project Overview
Refurbishment of Unit 2 as part of an asset upgrade program, including manufacture and installation of a new L-shaped kitchen with peninsula, full-height pantry cabinetry, overhead cupboards, and integrated appliance provisions. Coordinated laundry joinery was also completed to maintain consistency throughout the unit.
The design prioritised functionality, storage capacity, and durable finishes suitable for residential tenancy environments.
